PhD candidates who wish to introduce changes to their Individual Research Plan (IRP) may submit applications for IRP corrections between 30 March and 30 April 2026.
The revised Individual Research Plan should not include tasks that have already been completed. Conferences that have already taken place should also not be listed in the plan. The schedule should include only planned activities.
Corrections to the Individual Research Plan are required particularly when there are changes in the scope of planned research tasks. Submitting a new plan is not necessary if:

the implementation of research tasks has been delayed, or
-
only editorial changes have been made to the planned title of the doctoral dissertation.
A different deadline applies to doctoral students who plan to apply for an extension of the doctoral dissertation submission deadline. In such cases, the request to amend the Individual Research Plan must be submitted no later than 30 days before the dissertation submission deadline specified in the IRP.
