In connection with § 3 sec. 10 of the Regulation No. 27/2020/2021 of the Rector of the UKW of November 24 2020 year on the rules for submitting declarations on the fields and disciplines represented, declarations of consent to be included in the number of employees conducting research activity and declarations authorizing to demonstrate achievements for the purposes of evaluation, a doctoral student of the doctoral school submits a report on achievements in a given discipline by 15 December, including a list of dated achievements in a given calendar year.

The report confirms the provision of all data specified in the current Regulation of the Minister of Science and Higher Education on data processed in the Integrated Information System on Higher Education and Science POL-on and the fulfillment of the obligations set out in the Rector's Regulation on registering the academic achievements of academic teachers and doctoral students.  A doctoral student at a doctoral school submits a report to the Degrees Office by December 15 of each year.
