  1. Dormitory accommodation (signing the contract and obtaining confirmation on the residence registration form)

  2. Residence registration form (temporary stay application for a foreigner) – registration at the municipal office, submitting the application, obtaining a PESEL number

  5. Doctoral scholarship – opening a bank account in PLN, completing the declaration form, payment made on the 20th of each month via bank transfer

  6. Logging into the USOS system (https://usosweb.ukw.edu.pl/), creation of a Zimbra email account (https://login.ukw.edu.pl/?rodzajWniosku=PocztaPracownik) and a Teams account

  7. Health insurance – signing a contract with the National Health Fund (NFZ)
