Doctoral School

Evaluation questionnaire

The UKW Doctoral School is governed by the Education Quality Survey Procedure introduced by Order No. 56/2021/2022 of the UKW Rector of May 26, 2022.

Evaluation questionnaire is a tool used in the process of improving the quality of education at the doctoral school, in particular when monitoring the implementation of the education process and evaluating the quality of education.

Using anonymous evaluation questionnaire, the University allows doctoral candidates to evaluate an academic teacher at least once per academic year in terms of fulfilling their duties related to education (Appendix No. 1) and to evaluate the education environment at the Doctoral School of the Kazimierz Wielki University (Appendix No. 2).

A doctoral student may evaluate the quality of supervisory care in the form of a doctoral candidates opinion on the quality of cooperation with the supervisor. A doctoral student may submit a written opinion at any stage of education (Appendix No. 3).

The UKW Doctoral School conducts research using anonymous evaluation questionnaire to examine the opinions of candidates for the UKW Doctoral School on the recruitment process (based on the survey approved by Resolution No. 3/2022/2023 of the Doctoral School Council of November 8, 2022 on the approval of the template of the survey regarding the recruitment process to the UKW Doctoral School). The survey is a tool for improving the quality of the recruitment process.
